| Nederman’s Magna Series system is an open nozzle design. Its unique features allows for ambient air to combat against high exhaust temperatures. Given the new 2007 emissions codes, exhaust temperatures are predicted to reach in excess of 1000° F. A hose system that seals completely around the tailpipe WILL NOT be able to withstand this heat. The Nederman design CAN and WILL be able to effectively handle these parameters. Each vehicle in quarters is equipped with an Auto Start system, which automatically engages the exhaust fan once the vehicle is started. The hose is attached waste high with the use of an Electro magnet. The hose follows on an overhead track or rail system, until it passes a disconnect switch that kills power to the magnet. This system is guaranteed to remove 100% of all emissions from your firehouse! |
